Pendaries is an association managed by RealManage, a company that specializes in the management of community associations with onsite staff. Responsibilities
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Clerk of the Board
Prepare Board Meeting Agendas
Prepare Board Packets
Prepare Board and Town Hall meeting minutes
Follow through on actions and approvals made by the Board of Directors
Property Conveyances - monitor for accuracy keeping owner files up to date
Owner Communications - through the use of the mass communication module within our software platform.
Excellent oral and written communication
Liaison to Architectural Committee - monitor and coordinate architectural applications, deed restriction violations, and other aspects related to ACC
Assist the Executive Director in the day-to-day needs of the Association
Provide coverage of the Association office, provide excellence in customer service, be well versed and knowledgeable in all aspects of the Pendaries Association, provide initial triage of incoming phone calls and emails.
Exceptional with technology and utilizing the tools provided through our association management software platform.
Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Power Point).
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
