Essential Job Functions: 1. Designs, develops, and creates web content for online purchase offerings.

2.Coordinates the online web-based services for the purchases and payments of university sponsored events, seminars, products, services, athletic and student activities for current students and alumni.

3.Monitors and provides reports of the orders for the events; monitors events for on-time closures.

4.Provides reporting services to the sponsoring agents.

5.Responds to inquiries from colleagues from the NSU community to build new events and adjust active events.

6.Processes electronic journal entries to make sure funds are in the appropriate accounts.

7.Works with event coordinators and internal departments to assist with NSFs and credit disputes.

8.Reviews requests for refunds from customers and process refunds.

9.Processes seat deposit payments and posts them in the Banner system.



  1. Posts replacement diploma charges.

  2. Processes batch transcript request transactions from EPS.

  3. Tests programs or databases, corrects errors, and makes necessary modifications.

  4. Meets with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.

  5. Specifies users and user access levels for each segment of database.

  6. Operates spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports.

  7. Retrieves, separates and sorts program output as needed, and sends data to event contacts.

  8. Develops and implements processes and reports to audit data quality, ensure accuracy, and increase productivity.

  9. Generates reports to audit data quality, ensure accuracy, and increase productivity.

  10. Answers user inquiries to assist computer users encountering problems.

  11. Refers major hardware or software problems or defective products to technicians for service.

  12. Reads manuals, periodicals and technical literature or attends conferences and seminars to continue job-related education to maintain knowledge and learn how to develop programs that meet user requirements.

  13. Stays abreast of advances in the industry.

  14. Maintains data integrity and confidentiality.

  15. Completes special projects as assigned.

  16. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Job Requirements: Required Certifications/Licensures: Required Education: Associate's degree or 60 completed college credit hours. Major (if required): Required Experience: Associate's degree or 60 completed college credit hours and minimum two (2) years of closely related experience in the field,

Bachelor's degree and up to two (2) years of closely related experience in the field.
