Online Speech Pathology Position

  • Virtual

Location: Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois

Teletherapy is a great professional option for SLP's that still allows for the delivery of best in class therapy to students.

We are seeking Speech Language Pathologists who are interested in part-time or full-time opportunities. We are seeing an increase in the need for SLP's within school districts and we are focused on filling the need by placing therapists virtually.

The on-boarding and training process is a quick a simple. It that will allow you to be comfortable and ready on day one of your new role!

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE at least 2 years' experience delivering therapies in school setting

  • MUST HAVE CCC's

  • Graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathology degree program

  • Licensed as an SLP in one of the aforementioned states or willing to become licensed

  • Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders

  • Ability to build rapport with parents and school personnel

  • Passion to help and motivate students

Join our mission today. Role Overview This position is for a senior business development professional within our Advanced Solutions team for the Communications, Navigation and Guidance business. We are responsible for innovating, incubating, maturing and transitioning emerging technologies that support a wide range of products and platforms. The environment is fast-paced, highly technical and challenging. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the US DoD requirements, budget and procurement processes, and be comfortable interacting with DoD subject matter experts in all areas of the acquisition process. Primary Responsibilities: * The successful candidate will work with a team of business development and marketing professionals in conjunction with program management and engineering leads, to uncover, pursue and capture new business. * Day to day activity includes responsibility for developing, forecasting, and capturing new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers. * Develops and presents compelling strategic and business growth opportunities that may include market and competitive analysis via decision point reviews. * Continually scans environment for business and strategic growth opportunities * Leading and working cross-functional, cross-enterprise teams * Prepares and supports company profiles on competitors and potential acquisition candidates, including financial analyses. * Networks with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise. Represents organization as a prime contact on projects. * Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. * Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of multiple factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, where erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would have a serious impact on the organization. * Normally receives minimal supervision on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments. Basic Qualifications: * U.S. citizenship required * Current U.S. Secret security clearance required and must be eligible for Top Secret * This position requires a Bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline and 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience. * Working level knowledge of U.S. Air Force and/or U.S. Army air and ground launched weapons employment CONOPs. * Minimum of 10 years experience through a combination of military, government and/or defense aerospace/electronic industry positions. * Strong background in military precision guided munitions and associated launch platforms, capabilities and technologies. * Demonstrated professional verbal, writing and presentation skills * Passion to lead and grow the business * Position is located in Cedar Rapids, IA but may be remote depending on qualifications. * Travel up to 30% may be required Preferred Qualifications: * Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and SCI eligible. * Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an engineering or technical discipline * Direct experience leading, managing or working on U.S. DoD air or ground launched precision guided munitions procurement programs. * Working relationships within U.S. Air Force Research Lab (e.g. AFRL/RW, RY, RQ) and/or U.S. Army Futures Command * Direct experience working in the U.S. DoD science and technology community (e.g. AFRL, ARL, FFRDCs, a national lab) * Salesforce CRM tool experience.
