Responsibilities:
1.Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store2.Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.3.Makes an effort to learn customers' names and to address them by name whenever possible.4.Assists customers by: (examples include)*
  • escorting them to the products they're looking for* securing products that are out of reach* loading or unloading heavy items* making note of and passing along customer suggestions or requests* performing other tasks in every way possible to enhance the shopping experience5.Answers the telephone and emails promptly and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call.6.Ensures smooth operation of order fulfillment process.7.Responsible for training new employees.8.Responsible for department employee scheduling.9.Ensures that customers are satisfied with their experience and takes any steps necessary to address customer service issues.10. Adheres to all food safety guidelines and ensures products are kept at proper temperature to provide customers with the highest quality possible.11. Provides education to existing employees regarding new policies and procedures.12. Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.13.     * Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction. * Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking. * Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions. * Must possess the ability to compose original correspondence; follow technical manuals; evaluate technical data, and advise people. This position maybe exposed to dust, noise, and temperature extremes. There are possible hazards from moving equipment and possible electrical shock.     Perform Job:
    PC, modem, and printer with Windows NT, Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet explorer software. UNIX systems with VDT's cash registers and register computers, Telexon, electronic scales, calculator, telephone, and FAX machine.Contacts:Has daily contact with store personnel, suppliers/vendors, customers, and the general public. Occasional contact with federal or state regulatory agencies regarding inspections.Confidentiality:Has access to confidential information including inventory costs, sales, e-mail messages, pricing, sales reports, profit and loss reports, and all data related to operations.

Online coaches deliver commission-based programming that includes Custom Run Training plans and Online Coaching services. Each coach should be knowledgeable in their sport and be able to communicate that knowledge to their clients in written training plans and through coaching calls. Job Duties and Responsibilities * Develops personalized training plans for clients, including work out details. * Communications with clients through scheduled phone calls and email * Utilizes online coaching tools to share workouts and review feedback * Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of run training techniques and concepts * Promotes and facilitates run training information seminars and ancillary services related to Run Training (i.e. metabolic testing, nutrition coaching, nutritional products, etc.) * Recruits clients via in-club promotions, social media and networking * May assist in the promotion and execution of certain events such as the Commitment Day 5K, the Leadville Race Series and other Life Time events * Completes other tasks and duties as communicated from local & national staff * Attends team meetings / phone calls Position Requirements * High School Graduate or Equivalent * Ability to run 5+ miles outdoors in varying weather conditions * Certification required for Online Coaches within 6 months of hire * Knowledge of physiology and Run training concepts * Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Adobe Reader * 3+ Years of Run Training and Racing experience Preferred Requirements * Four-year degree in kinesiology, sports medicine or other related field * Experience leading groups of varying ability levels * 2+ Years of Run Coaching Experience (individual, or group) * 1-2 Years of Personal Training experience * Program design experience * Certification from USATF – Level 1, RRCA, UESCA, or other acceptable Run training specific certification preferred for all Run Coaches * Community engagement in the outdoor running industry Life Time Fitness Savage MN
