Responsibilities:
1.Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store2.Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.3.Makes an effort to learn customers' names and to address them by name whenever possible.4.Assists customers by: (examples include)*
  • escorting them to the products they're looking for* securing products that are out of reach* loading or unloading heavy items* making note of and passing along customer suggestions or requests* performing other tasks in every way possible to enhance the shopping experience5.Answers the telephone and emails promptly and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call.6.Ensures smooth operation of order fulfillment process.7.Responsible for training new employees.8.Responsible for department employee scheduling.9.Ensures that customers are satisfied with their experience and takes any steps necessary to address customer service issues.10. Adheres to all food safety guidelines and ensures products are kept at proper temperature to provide customers with the highest quality possible.11. Provides education to existing employees regarding new policies and procedures.12. Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.13.     Requirements:
    * Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction. * Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking. * Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions. * Must possess the ability to compose original correspondence; follow technical manuals; evaluate technical data, and advise people. This position maybe exposed to dust, noise, and temperature extremes. There are possible hazards from moving equipment and possible electrical shock. There is constant pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a day. This is a fast paced work environment.Equipment Used to
    Perform Job:
    PC, modem, and printer with Windows NT, Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet explorer software. UNIX systems with VDT's cash registers and register computers, Telexon, electronic scales, calculator, telephone, and FAX machine.Contacts:Has daily contact with store personnel, suppliers/vendors, customers, and the general public. Occasional contact with federal or state regulatory agencies regarding inspections.Confidentiality:Has access to confidential information including inventory costs, sales, e-mail messages, pricing, sales reports, profit and loss reports, and all data related to operations.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall execution, schedule, quality, safety and financial success of assigned projects. All applicants must be willing to travel. Must Have: ? Bachelor?s Degree required. Preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering/Management, or other related field. ? Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience in large facility construction ? All projects are from the ground up ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints. ? Familiarity of building codes and their application. ? Knowledge of material handling equipment, industrial HVAC systems, and electrical systems. ? Ability to travel for extended periods of time ? usually 2-3 months on one project. Key Responsibilities: ? The Construction Project Manager is responsible for monitoring engineering and permitting process prior to start of construction. ? Oversee labor personnel on project, coordinating any activities with the Superintendent. ?
