ONLINE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - INSTRUCTOR - PART TIME

Pharmacy Technician Instructors help take care of students through their lifecycle with Ross!

Pharm Tech Instructor duties include:

We are looking for experienced online instructors for hybrid and full online students in our PHT programs.

• Working with students on achieving a certificate/diploma and/or Associate Degree.

• Use Ross curriculum, supplemented with your own work/life experiences and medical knowledge.

• You will have regular communication and interaction with your students through your comments and discussions.

• This is an active and supportive online environment for students, so you will need to allow enough time each week to communicate promptly with students and other staff.

• Training and "ramp up" hours are provided.

Requirements

• Prior teaching experience teaching online using a contemporary LMS or as an online student using Canvas

• 3+ years' recent experience in the medical field in which you will be teaching and formal training from an accredited institution. Must be able to obtain a national certification as Pharmacy Technician. Individuals without a formal education, must have with a minimum of 5+ years' recent experience working in the medical field in which you will be teaching and a national certification. Additional requirements or exceptions may be applicable based on the state, program, and accreditation requirements.

• Must supply own equipment and have reliable high speed internet access

• Must live/work within driving distance to a Ross campus (MI, OH, IN, KY, TN)

• Strongly Preferred: Ross Graduate or former Ross Instructor
