We are looking for a motivated Online Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. We have built a reputation of customer loyalty and quality in our products to help improve your lifestyle of health and fitness.
In this role you will be given the opportunity to lead the fastest growing division of the company in the ecommerce department that will positively impact growth in revenue and expansion in marketing space.
Responsibilitiesof the
Online Marketing Specialist

Develop and execute new initiatives, promotions and content to grow eCommerce revenue through merchandising, product assortment, customer acquisition and digital marketing.
Analyze site performance and develop strategies to significantly grow traffic, conversions, and revenue by leveraging strong knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
Proficiency in SEO, keyword search and competitor analysis.
Track campaign performance and develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports analyzing digital performance, insights and optimization recommendations.
Manage the visual design and content of our websites to maximize lead generation and ensure a positive user experience.
Partner with the marketing and product development teams to create consistent brand messaging and drive marketing strategies across both channels.
Stay abreast of the ever-changing digital and eCommerce space, and contribute new ideas towards sales growth.
Requirements of the
Online Marketing Specialist

3+ years optimizing search results, web ranking and product search results to drive sales within digital and/or eCommerce.
2+ years of experience with organic and paid search, sound understanding of the impact of user experience, usability with eCommerce and web development.
Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools, including keyword search, merchandising, pricing, product positioning, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media.
Excellent analytical skills with experience leveraging web analytics to track, measure and enhance marketing efforts.
Must have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage the success of multiple projects concurrently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience in the sporting goods and/or consumer packaged goods industry a plus.
College degree required

Maintain hospital inventory and return blood products within regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: * Receive routine orders for a variety of blood and pharmaceutical products and transfusion-related supplies. Follow appropriate procedures ensuring accurate order entry and order fulfillment. Make follow-up calls if product needs cannot be met as expected. * Maintain/work with data, tools or computer programs to facilitate management and monitoring of product and service information. * Provide customer service to clients. Proactively communicate with hospital customers to increase customer satisfaction. * Maintain positive and professional communications, both internally as well as externally to provide regular product/service information and follow-up; promote teamwork. * Assist hospital personnel with inventory alternatives when requested products are unavailable within established guidelines and procedures that assist the customers and the patient. * Rotate inventory of primary and remote facilities to ensure adequate supplies of products for the needs of customers. * Investigate and resolve hospital shipment problems. Receive, investigate and communicate related to customer concerns; complete customer concern documentation accurately and timely, then forward to appropriate individual(s) for follow-up/review. * Determine most economical method of transportation for hospital shipments.
