Responsibilitiesof the
Online Marketing Specialist

Develop and execute new initiatives, promotions and content to grow eCommerce revenue through merchandising, product assortment, customer acquisition and digital marketing.
Analyze site performance and develop strategies to significantly grow traffic, conversions, and revenue by leveraging strong knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
Proficiency in SEO, keyword search and competitor analysis.
Track campaign performance and develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports analyzing digital performance, insights and optimization recommendations.
Manage the visual design and content of our websites to maximize lead generation and ensure a positive user experience.
Partner with the marketing and product development teams to create consistent brand messaging and drive marketing strategies across both channels.
Stay abreast of the ever-changing digital and eCommerce space, and contribute new ideas towards sales growth.
Requirements of the
Online Marketing Specialist

3+ years optimizing search results, web ranking and product search results to drive sales within digital and/or eCommerce.
2+ years of experience with organic and paid search, sound understanding of the impact of user experience, usability with eCommerce and web development.
Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools, including keyword search, merchandising, pricing, product positioning, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media.
Excellent analytical skills with experience leveraging web analytics to track, measure and enhance marketing efforts.
Must have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage the success of multiple projects concurrently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience in the sporting goods and/or consumer packaged goods industry a plus.
College degree required

Position Overview The GIS Technical Specialist will be part of the Geospatial Analysis group of Real Properties within Transmission & Distribution Organizational Unit (OU). The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of GIS Services for all OU's by interfacing with internal clients to assess project requirements; creating high-end analytical and cartographic map products utilizing various data types and sources including satellite imagery/aerial photography; performing geospatial analysis for maps and/ or reports; acquiring data from various sources; creating, maintaining, and documenting (metadata). This position will also include the design, modeling, implementation, and maintenance of a geospatial database and identifying and evaluating potential GIS applications and tools to improve operational efficiency and integration of location-based information. In addition, this position will be supporting various major capital projects. Typical Responsibilities: * Lead or participate as a team member on Departmental/Business Unit initiatives, special projects, and Major Project Organization (MPO) projects. Provide functional direction to (GIS) specialists on such projects. * Performs analysis, develops recommendations on an as-needed basis to address customer and/or Company problems/issues and requires technical knowledge to resolve. * Provides training and coaching to stakeholders to familiarize geodatabase design, functionality, and usage. * Creates analytical and cartographic products utilizing various data layers, maps, tables, or reports, including spatial analysis techniques and satellite imagery/aerial photography. * Travels to local site locations. * Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. * Perform data quality controls including but not limited to attribution checks, and manage associated documents. * Publish and administer hosted web layers using ArcGIS Online. Minimum Qualifications * Two or more years of experience performing complex analysis, consulting, and providing recommendations on GIS and CAD processes and solutions. * Bachelor Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline or Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science with an emphasis in GIS, or other specialized field. * Two or more years of experience in geodatabase design and management, cartography, web mapping, and spatial analysis. Desired Qualifications * Master's Degree or current enrollment in a Master's Degree Program in Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science with an emphasis in GIS. * Project Management experience, including an ability to interface with clients to assess project requirements and to plan, organize, track and meet scheduled project deadlines. * Demonstrated proficiency in the use of ESRI ArcGIS 10.0 or higher, ArcPro, ArcGIS Online and AutoCAD. * Specialized GIS education or certification. * Strong oral and written communication skills including an ability to represent the organization and collaborate with internal and external business partners. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Experience with enterprise level geodatabase development and management. * Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and ArcSDE.
