The Online Marketing Chat Consultant is the Subject Matter Expert for all customer inquiries/questions regarding all Client products and incentives. The goal of a Marketing Consultant is to improve brand recognition by proactively promoting products and services, while leading customers through a variety of telephone requests, including but not limited to: detailed sales/marketing information, sales incentives and campaign fulfillment, dealer locations and inventory searches, brochure fulfillment, test drive appointment scheduling, detailed product information and availability, opt out/privacy preferences, & general marketing information and/or questions.

This position will train at the Melbourne Office and then transition to an at home environment. Must pass @home computer assessment prior to offer.

What you will do:

  • Educate consumer via telephone and email, on current products and incentives while generating product excitement and ultimately driving the customer to action.

  • Explain services and special promotions to customers adhering to Percepta, Client, government regulations.

  • Complete appropriate paperwork and record necessary Customer information at time of contact.

  • Document status of all calls indicating appropriate outcome and follow up requirements.

  • Required to meet specified goals and sales conversion metrics as set by the Percepta and/or Client while maintaining quality standards and adherence to all Client requirements.

  • Participate in projects, duties, and other tasks assigned by management.

  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.

  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Percepta policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge and detailed understanding of all applicable Client product information and systems.

  • Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures through desk drops and reoccurring training.

  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.

  • Make recommendations to implement improved processes.

  • Achieve world-class service with each consumer. World-class is defined as consumers having a uniquely pleasant experience, feeling they received valuable service and knowledge from a competent professional thereby increasing the probability of a vehicle purchase.

What you need to have:

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required

  • Two years of customer service experience with an emphasis on sales required

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required

  • Ability to accurately type at a speed of 30 WPM required

  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule required

  • Ability to adhere to a strict work schedule required

  • Automotive and/or Dealership Sales Experience preferred

  • Intermediate computer skills required, i.e. Web Browsing, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred

  • Superior problem solving skills

  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment

  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment

  • Ability to prioritize and organize work

The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department's initiatives through coordination and collaboration with the marketing department's cross-functional team. The Marketing Coordinator will assist team members by responding to branch inquiries, researching vendors, market trends, creating mailing lists, processing invoices and monitoring schedule of outbound communications. He or she will assist with and occasionally facilitate marketing campaigns, special projects and events. In addition to the day to day tasks, the Marketing Coordinator will help ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels by proofing and reviewing materials generated in the department. Marketing Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities * Works with others in the department to ensure timely delivery of marketing content and consistent messaging across channels. * Assists with special projects under close supervision of marketing specialists to support the marketing department initiatives. * Provides general administrative assistance to the department such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, running errands, distributing mail, transmitting files and maintaining the supplies and printer equipment. * Proofs and reviews marketing materials for brand consistency, proper grammar and compliance. * Contributes to the integrated marketing communications plan using a variety of channels including print, direct mail and online digital delivery. * Fulfills requests for marketing materials from branches and other departments, and in support of marketing department initiatives. * Maintains inventory of SCCU marketing materials and supplies. * Works with outside vendors to obtain quotes and order replenishment's as needed. Ensures consistent organization and cleanliness of Marketing Department storage and common areas. * Supports the department budget by tracking marketing expenses to maintain budget control. Validates accurate entry of expense items, routes invoices for approval and payment, and reconciles monthly budget to balance marketing GL's. * Tracks gift card usage and fulfillment. * Coordinates promo codes for marketing campaigns. Maintains promo code list and descriptions, ensuring codes are available for use and necessary information is available to internal resources. Responsible for the accurate fulfillment of incentives to members and tracking results. * Assists with internal and external brand management through administration of contests, communications and trademark applications and renewals under the direction of the Marketing Manager. * Provide support with email and digital marketing. * Loads, unloads and carries supplies and equipment. * Occasionally travels to accomplish job functions and support the Marketing department; sometimes works outside of regular business hours.
