Onix Hospitality - Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Onix Hospitality. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role

• Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Take drink orders from customers or servers

• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences

• Check customers' identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies

• Upsell drinks and menu items to increase revenue

• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
