The Division of Plastic Surgery at Tufts Medical Center is actively recruiting for an additional surgeon in our growing practice. We are expanding our oncoplastics practice.

Our general plastic surgery focus is on breast and lower extremity reconstruction. While our practice is primarily focused at our Academic Medical Center, the surgeon may provide coverage at our satellite offices at one of our partner community hospitals. The successful candidate should# be BE/BC in plastic surgery with microsurgery fellowship training, possess outstanding clinical skills, a strong interest in clinical education, and must qualify for a faculty appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Tufts University School of Medicine.# The candidate should have at least one year of attending experience as a microsurgeon.

Our Colon # Rectal Surgery division has a proud tradition of providing outstanding surgical care while maintaining a strong commitment to meeting the needs of our patients and their families. This practice covers a broad base of clinical and academic activity across a variety of care settings. While our practice is primarily focused at our main Academic Medical Center, we have exciting expansion opportunities across our partner hospitals and outpatient clinics. Prospective applicants should be interested in building a colorectal practice that treats a broad spectrum of diseases including anorectal pathologies, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, pelvic floor disorders and cancer. Minimally invasive and robotic experience is preferred. The Department of Surgery has a competitive general surgical residency and is the principal teaching hospital of the Tufts University School of Medicine. In addition to their clinical practice, applicants will be expected to participate in the education of our residents and medical students. Complementary clinical research interests and activities are desired. Applicants must be Board Eligible/ Board Certified by the American Board of Colon # Rectal Surgery.
