Accountable for developing the marketing plan for enterprise oncology by having a strong understanding of the market, competitors and Labcorp's enterprise capabilities.
Monitor and assess strategic position of the oncology business, including clients' needs and competitors' offerings.
Modify market strategy and positioning as appropriate in partnership with cross-functional business unit leadership.
Develop marketing scorecard to track Key Player Initiatives and adjust marketing plan frequently to meet objectives.
Design a customer experience map to deepen organizational knowledge and identify key actionable insights to deliver the desired customer experience across each customer segment.
Partner with campaign team and digital team to create omni-channel marketing plans to improve customer perceptions and drive demand of oncology enterprise offerings.
Connect client insights and analytics together to tell a compelling and persuasive story and deliver clear and actionable recommendations to adjust growth strategies.Identify innovation opportunities, 5-year growth strategy and lead the assessment to prioritize opportunities for enterprise oncology.
Own enterprise oncology marketing budget and maintain it within expected variance.
8-10+ years in marketing leadership positions (Director level or above) with a strong track record of accomplishments in driving effective business strategies and innovation
Previous oncology experience needed from pharmaceutical marketing, Clinical Research Organization marketing or diagnostics.
Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
Positive attitude and sense of urgency; Ability to work to deadlines and problem-solve
Ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands and deal with ambiguity and lead through complex and challenging cross-functional projects.
Extensive experience with marketing strategy, planning, development, and implementation.
Experience working in matrixed organization to achieve KPIs including market research, oncology SMEs, operations, digital marketing team, inside sales, and sales.
Experience in omni-channel marketing.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to present and communicate to senior, high profile leaders and customers
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
