Want to earn extra money during the evening and weekends while working from the comfort of your own home?
This position will assist in covering our office phones after-hours, including some weekday evenings/overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Serving as the first point of contact for all employees and clients who contact the office outside or regular business hours
Triaging staffing and client needs
Communicating with caregivers, client, and families to problem-solve client/staffing changes
Documenting any issues or changes in specialized computer software
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in staffing and/or with home health care is strongly preferred but not required
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and manage staffing issues in a timely manner
Ability to provide issue resolution with our Clients, Caregivers and other Team Members
