Upwork has partnered with a large Enterprise client who is a leader in managed IT services, IT consulting, strategy and disruptive innovation and they are currently looking for a skilled 24- hour, on-call IT Technician for their Wilmington, DE office.

What you'll do:

  • Working facilitated migrations, workstation support, and project work in a Tech Support I capacity.
  • Support general desktop work
  • Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
  • Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations on Windows machines.
  • Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.

Requirements

What you need to have:

  • Experience working as a IT Technician or roles in similar capacity.
  • Stellar Windows OS general and admin experience
  • You must be available to operate on a 24 hour on-call support and drive to the client's Wilmington, DE office.
  • Prior experience working with commercial-grade equipment.
  • Experience with router and switch administration
  • Experience in Network Maintenance

VIEW JOBS 10/9/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-01-07T00:00 In the Role This position is responsible for leading and directing a team of Call Delivery analysts responsible for the development of centralized sales reporting, dialer strategy, and execution of calling strategy initiatives. In addition to report development, this role will be tasked with evolving analytical capabilities to improve overall sales contact performance. Reporting and analytics spans to cover all communication channels for sales Including initiatives relating to lead and application customer contact strategies. Responsibilities: * Provide vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of meaningful reporting to meet current and future business needs within centralized sales. Reporting to focus on call delivery and channel execution for both centralized sales and ultimately branch efforts * Visionary leader that can drive and constantly improve on overall call center effectiveness through integration of multi-faceted contact strategy involving text, email, and call campaigns Goal is to drive overall effectiveness by increasing cumulative RPC rate of both customer and lead populations. * Develop and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building and succession planning. * Understand business strategies and contribute to the development of cell delivery execution strategies to customer, contact effectiveness and meet company expectations while ensuring proper reporting and controls are evident to ensure regulatory compliance. * Develop analytics that will provide direction for call delivery execution designed to improve overall sales capabilities. To include, but not limited to: staffing models and recommendations, channel execution strategies, compliance adherence, coverage improvement, FTE productivity, etc. * Develop, execute and maintain test vs control strategies to ensure analytical recommendations are beneficial and tracked. Obtain approval from senior management and implement recommendations as appropriate. * Utilize SAS/SQL or other related data mining technologies to extract data for reporting, analytics and strategy validation from data warehouses, ensuring independent nature of review and results is maintained. Also utilize these technologies to improve the efficiency of testing by completing data merges and data validation with documented frequencies and outputs. * Possess technical skills for SAS/SQL and other data mining techniques across the immediate team and, where appropriate, across call delivery to improve overall team acumen with regards to technical skill sets. * Develop and maintain process maps for key functions within organization, ensuring clear representation of decision points, decision makers and control points. * Develop and implement systems to identify measure, report upon, respond to, and remediate risks incidental to business practice areas. * Create executive reporting package designed to meet senior management and investor information need. * Work in correlation with partners in Risk, Sales, and other key partners to understand cross strategic objectives and cross functional opportunities. * Identify and escalate to senior management any reporting or analytical observations that provide risk to any business area. To include, but not limited to: sales goal risk, compliance risk, agent/sup mishandling, system limitations, etc. * Facilitate and manage meetings with business units to discuss reporting and strategic objectives and priorities. * Performs all other duties as assigned by Management. Required Qualifications: * 3-5 Years Call Center Operations with Management experience or related commensurate analytical experience * 2-3 Years SAS/SQL experience, including creating new processes and maintaining existing processes * Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel and demonstrated ability to provide executive level reporting * Experience with and knowledge of TCPA, FDCPA, and State laws governing collection and customer treatment via phone * Strong written and oral communication skills * Strong presentation skills * Ability to make critical operational decisions and advance projects with minimal direction * Bachelor's Degree with focus in Business Management or Information Technology * Experience with Project Management, including definition and prioritization of business requirements and evaluation of proposed technical solutions in order to determine effectiveness Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with MicroStrategy and Crystal reporting software Compensation & Benefits When starting your career with OneMain, you have the potential to earn an annual salary plus incentives.
