Onboarding Specialist

Onboarding Specialist Location: Loveland, Colorado (Onsite) Job Type: 1-Year Contract Pay rate: $20-$25/hour (depending on experience) We are seeking a proactive Onboarding Specialist to join our client.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the onboarding program for new hires across multiple regions. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, IT, and other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service orientation, and a solid understanding of HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities of an Onboarding Specialist: Master the onboarding module of our HRIS system to provide training and support to Hiring Managers and new hires. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures for new hires in various regions.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the onboarding process, including training, testing, and updating process documentation. Safeguard employee privacy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Manage data transitions between system modules, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Monitor and review Hiring Manager and new hire onboarding activities, providing reminders and escalating issues as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the onboarding module, collaborating with IT/System Administrators for timely resolutions. Support HR leaders on business projects and initiatives as required.

Minimum Qualifications of an Onboarding Specialist: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience working with HRIS systems such as SAP, Workday, etc.

Familiarity with HR data management, company policies, and legislative requirements, especially in multiple jurisdictions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent customer-service orientation with the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
