Job description Guideline is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients ranging from small business owners to C-level executives.
This individual, who will report to Guidelines Director of Client Development, will quickly become an expert on Guidelines suite of products so you can clearly explain the value of what we provide to organizations of all kinds.
Our ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter who has a proven track record of success in client-facing environments.
Youll need to think on your feet while using your strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
A high level of attention to detail and a passion for providing a true white glove client experience are a must.

Responsibilities Manage value-based relationships with Guidelines clients, ensuring our product is aligned with their business strategies Lead onboarding and client development efforts Work collaboratively and cohesively with Operations and Customer Success Drive education and adoption by proactively engaging clients Play an active role in contributing to growth and scalability through robust documentation, consistent process optimization, and capability cross-training Monitor industry trends, client news, customer experience/journey best practices for consistent improvement and knowledge sharing Gather intelligent product feedback and recommendations from clients to design and inform new features and capabilities East Coast hours may be required Qualifications 5+ years of total work experience; startup and/or financial services experience a plus 2+ years of experience in client-facing implementation and/or technical account management Experience working with clients spanning a wide range of industries Deep knowledge that spans one or more of the following domains: SaaS, Operations, or Finance Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic startup environment Adaptable with the ability to pick up new technologies, assess situations quickly, and look for smarter, better ways to achieve goals Creative and analytical problem-solving skills Enthusiastic and high energy, but also poised, confident and extremely professional Ability to pass background and credit check for employment

Start building your own legacy—join the Fisher Investments Financial Planning Team as an Estate Specialist. In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in helping our High Net Worth Private Clients better understand their existing estate plan, and identify tangible next steps in fulfilling their planning goals. While you will not be providing legal advice, you will work directly with our existing clients to evaluate their documents and financial accounts in order to identify any gaps or risks that would prevent them from reaching their goals. At the end of the day- you are helping our clients by giving them peace of mind that everything is in order and organized for their estates and trusts. Day-to-Day: * Work directly with our current client base to collect information and organize records needed for estate and trust documentation * Communicate with our Financial Planning team, Investment Counselors and Tax Managers * Review a variety of documents- Wills, General Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Buy/Sell Agreements, etc. to identify potential gaps or changes that would better help our clients reach their goals * Build trust and credibility internally and with our clients by being a subject matter expert on estate and trust topics * Handle day-to-day calls from Investment Counselors and clients * Provide full evaluations on our clients' current trust and estate situations * Additional duties and projects as required by manager Your Qualifications: * Five or more years of experience working in the trust/estate planning field * General understanding of Trusts & Estates * Ability to handle sensitive materials and information with discretion * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience building credibility and trust in a short amount of time * Ability to work on complex estate situations * Strong attention to detail Why Fisher Investments: Fisher Investments is a different kind of investment firm.
