Overview

Position Summary:

Primarily focused on defining and improving the onboarding process for all new hire and separating employee's equipment and system access to ensure new hires have the right equipment ordered, have all their login credentials, and can connect to Gallagher's network on their first day of employment. Incumbent(s) coordinates with IT to build a network of resources to partner on enhancing the new hire experience with regard to supplying equipment and network access.

How you'll make an impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing all new hire equipment requests

  • Support equipment return process by following up with separating employees and coordinating with global delivery team

  • Supporting hiring managers with status updates and advising them on proper procedures

  • Coordinating between Global delivery teams on overall process flow/work

  • Developing and refining related standard operating procedures

  • Supporting new hires to ensure they have a positive onboarding experience by addressing concerns, issues and collecting feedback on process improvements;

About You

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years related experience.

Desired:

  • College degree preferred.
  • 2+ years experience
