As the Onboarding Program Manager with Apple Media Products organization, you will collaborate with dispersed cross-functional business partners to design, build and implement organizational socialization programs around the world. In addition, you will prepare appropriate documentation based on the project requirements, effectively and clearly communicate project status, manage project risk, monitor the change readiness of the business as well as conduct post implementation audit reviews. You will influence all aspects of project implementation including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, scope and definition, and more.
4+ years Project/Program Management ExperienceSolid track record leading strategic projects and tactical project-level activities and tasks
Broad experience in Onboarding and employee enablement
Experience managing deadlines and meeting cost constraints
Excellent leadership skills that enhance project team effectiveness
Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather requirements
Agile, able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and work independently
Excellent organization and time management skills leading multiple projects concurrently Able to interact and present with individuals at all levels of the organization
Experience with Project Management tools

Serve as liaison to all Apple Media Products teams to develop requirements, partner with key cross-functional partners to solicit feedback to identify program improvement opportunities for implementation. The role will require effective implementation of new ideas within the Apple culture and influencing decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a people-focused approach.
You'll create and maintain key project governance documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success. This role requires you to manage initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion and to work cross functionally, with both corporate and field partners to identify gaps in existing programs and build others from scratch. We're looking for someone who can manage stakeholders, subject matter experts, senior leadership, and other internal groups' expectations via clear written and verbal communications, and take projects from the vision stage through execution.
