How You'll Contribute:

You'll be responsible for functions essential to onboarding and launch coordination operations, ensuring efficiency and continued scalability, while meeting client needs and business objectives during the onboarding process. You will report to the Onboarding Manager and will be responsible for managing direct reports comprised of the Onboarding Coordination Team Leader, and work alongside the Sales Enablement department.

What You Need:

  • 8+ years of equivalent work related experience or 4+ years' experience plus Bachelor's degree

  • Previous management and leadership experience

  • Embody MINDBODY culture and core values

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present/teach a variety of audiences

  • Technical skills including data analysis, technical support, and cloud software implementations

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and be flexible in a fast-paced environment


  • Execute initiatives and strategic projects for the Onboarding Team in alignment with company goals, in collaboration with the Sales Enablement Team.

  • Partner with Business Systems and Relationships teams to procure and maintain enablement tools.

  • Develop and maintain relevant dashboards and analytics, proactively providing insight into the performance of the Onboarding Team and identifying areas for focus and prioritization.

  • Support operations through weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and analysis.

  • Represent First Time Use needs with Product and Development Teams.

  • Represent Onboarding in the Internal Sub-Committee.

  • Design and refine processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain department process, procedures and documentation.

  • Ensure the success of each direct report by providing assistance with escalations, and acting as a professional resource and coach for continued leadership development by:

  • Providing clear direction and goals.

  • Holding direct reports accountable for their contributions.

  • Providing regular evaluation to assess both productivity and quality, including annual performance reviews.

  • Motivate, coach and empower direct reports in alignment with team success metrics and goals.


  • Ability to achieve strategic sales and revenue objectives for the department and company.
