Onboarding & MAC (Move, Add & Change) Analyst

Anser Advisory is looking for a MAC Analyst to join their team.

This position will provide support in the MAC team under the Strategic Planning and Space division of CRE.

Job Duties

• Primary responsibilities include initiating/processing of work space for new employees, on boarding's of new employees, internal employee moves (10 or less), furniture modification requests and off boarding of existing employees. Identifying and validating the availability, occupancy and furnishings of workstations while assuring requests comply with CRE Standards and polices.

• This position will work closely with Space and Occupancy Planners, Project Managers and furniture/ move vendors on a regular basis to initiate/process these tasks including maintain accuracy of Archibus, CREs occupancy management platform.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Experience in an internal CRE environment particularly onboarding, moves, add, change

• Bachelor's degree or certification in related real estate or strategic planning and project management specialty fields.

• Certifications or memberships from one of the following professional organizations: PMI, BOMA, IFMA, CoreNet Global.

$80,000 - $100,000 a year
