Kelly Services, a global workforce solutions company, has an excellent full time opportunity for an Onboarding Coordinator supporting our Teachers On Call (TOC) division. This is a full time position working directly for Kelly Services. The Operations Specialist will sit onsite at our TOC office in Bloomington, MN.
The Onboarding Coordinator is a candidate liaison for onboarding new and reactivated temporary employees. This is achieved through the execution TOC's onboarding strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and identifying process improvements and ensuring consistent service levels.
Serve as the main point of contact for all new and rehired applicants
Facilitates the selection process including screening and assessing candidates, administering evaluations, conducting interviews and reference checks, and making hiring decisions
Manage onboarding process via email, phone and web-based tools
Document onboarding activity in front office systems
Maintain knowledge and understanding of licensing, background and other applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance during onboarding process
Maintain a broad knowledge of company policies and benefit plans
Work collaboratively with recruiting and other service teams as necessary to ensure sourcing and recruiting strategies result in client satisfaction
Participate in activities designed to improve the onboarding process
Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to provide to leadership
Additional Responsibilities (25%):
Field incoming calls and emails
Service as the main point of contact for applicant and internal employee questions and concerns
Solicit feedback to improve service
Build rapport with customers and applicants by ensuring the overall experience for both temporary employees and customers is a positive one
