Provide technical support of OnBase implementation
Administer and ensure continuous operation and stability of the ECM system, including troubleshooting, patching, and working with outside technical support and/or other teams to resolve issues.
Support existing processes, collections, interfaces, and users
Create and/or implement enhancements to processes, collections, interfaces, and users as needed
Provide OnBase and OnBase custom integration technical support to Customer. e.g. assisting testers, etc.
Facilitate changes to the application utilizing OnBase Configurator.
Assist with testing and migration of OnBase changes on development, SIT, UAT and Production environments.
Develop and/or assist with the development of appropriate test strategies, test plans and scripts, and related documentation.
Document defects and review, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve OnBase software issues reported during testing
Track ECM performance and make recommendations for improvements
Monitor application and system health, performance, and capacity
Create and maintain DR plans, procedures, and other documentation
2 years of technical expertise in Hyland OnBase
2 years of OnBase System Administration experience
2 years of Enterprise-wide Records Management Program experience
1 years of OnBase Workflow experience (Nice to have)
Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) (desired)
