The role:

This role is focused on account management of existing on-trade customers, whilst winning and developing new accounts, in line with our strategy to grow the beer and cider category in the UK.

Location - Eastbourne

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Account Management of existing Independent Free Trade Customers (IFT).

• Target and win new accounts within the IFT.

• Develop account plans to drive and protect growth across multiple operators.

• Build a strong network of working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead key activations and ensure seamless execution of brand activities.

• Full ownership of your territory, volume, and financial performance.

Who we're looking for:

• Strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience, with a commitment to career development.

• Exceptional local market knowledge, contacts, and experience in the beer or similar industry.

• Demonstrates ownership, taking personal responsibility for results, and leading by example.

• Builds excellent relationships with customers, consumers, and internal/external stakeholders.

• Preference for previous sales experience.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.

• Proficient in negotiation, and objection handling, and demonstrates commercial acumen.

• Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial mathematics.

• Time and workload management skills to optimize effectiveness and efficiency; on-trade and premium brand experience are desirable.

• A full UK driver's license is required for this position.
