On Site Supervisor

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an 3rd Shift Warehouse On-Site Supervisor to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all activities and transactions. Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations at the warehouse facility

• Supervise a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance and support

• Implement and monitor process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations

• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and promoting a culture of safety

• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and meet customer demands Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role is required

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive work environment Skills: - Warehouse management

• Team leadership and management
