  Responsibilities: Oversee quality control processes on construction sites. Implement and enforce quality control standards, procedures, and documentation. Manage inspections, testing, and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications.
  
  Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality-related issues. Maintain accurate records and reports to document quality control activities. Manages and coordinates quality activities associated with field engineering, field procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning within the project scope.
  
  Maintains client liaison and communication for projects quality activities, as directed by the Project Manager. Reviews, audits and surveys quality activities across the project and advises and reports to management quality problems and progress within the project. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  
  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in civil construction, with a strong preference for dam construction or rehabilitation projects. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and quality control methodologies.
  
  Strong leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. Relevant certifications or training in quality control.
