Position Summary:Analyzes organizational strategy and business processes to assist in the development of solutions which are fully aligned with overall business goals.

  • Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities.

  • Uses industry knowledge to recommend options which will optimize company functions or processes.

  • Uses historical data, sales trends, and market research to develop forecasts, track sales quota and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Works closely with multiple departments.

  • Utilizes data to determine potential changes.

  • May conduct various financial assessments of investments (ROI/ROA, etc.).

  • Assists companies in areas of solutions planning, impact analysis, and risk assessment.

  • May help in the planning and implementation of the RFP process, broad architectural considerations, budgeting, and project planning.

  • May sit on client/customer steering committees related to the broader aspects of the program/project being implemented.

  • REQUIRED: Account management & 3PL mindset; liaison personality

  • General proficiency with various tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.

  • May need to consult with Senior/Specialist staff members on some technical issues.

A four-year college degree (or additional experience in a related field) AND/OR;

3 years functional experience including a minimum 1-year position specific experience highly preferred, but not required

This includes the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures and practices consistent with TE, environmental and government regulations. * Ensures and monitors safety in the workplace including the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures and practices consistent with established company, environmental and government regulations * Support safety in the workplace including the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures, and practices consistent with an established company, environmental and government regulations. * Implement, maintain, and monitor an EHS management system for the organization that meets the TE Safety Assessment for Effectiveness (SAFE) requirements, implements TE environmental sustainability programs, ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, TE policies, and TE specifications and provides for continuous improvement in EH&S performance. * Ensure TE safety initiatives required by the TEOA Safety and Environmental Compliance Tool are deployed for the organization, including behavior-based safety (BBS), ergonomics programs, risk assessment, EHS training, machine guarding and employee engagement. * Assess, evaluate, quantify and prioritize EHS risks for the organization and develop action plans for ensuring all significant risks are controlled and managed as part of the operational controls defined within the EHS management system and TEOA processes and procedures. * Create and deliver training programs to ensure those involved in maintaining the organization's EHS programs are aware of their responsibilities and how to deploy them. Provide training for all employees in support of achieving 100% engagement in EHS. What your background should look like: * Minimum 2+years of EH&S experience required * Experience in a technical, engineering or manufacturing role preferred * Strong demonstrated communication, negotiation, influencing, collaboration and team-building skills preferred * Demonstrated ability in conducting audits and inspections of all aspects of EHS throughout a Site * Optional: University degree or equivalent level of qualification in safety, health, or an environmental discipline * Optional: If a degree is in a related technical or engineering field, but not specific to EHS, then a recognized post graduate qualification (e. g. Master s Degree, etc.) in an environmental or health and safety discipline is required.
