BASIC PURPOSE: Providing exceptional service to guests through upholding FS service standards, "The Golden Rule" culture, and through knowing all essential functions in set-up, table service, and breakdown of Wellness Kitchen events.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and managers. Own set-up of linen, china, glassware, silver, ice, tea, water, accent pieces and any other table set-up needed for events.
Retain exceptional knowledge of the current event's menus, and transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality. Anticipate guests needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Bus tables, buffets and food stations, while assisting with dining room & kitchen clean-up. Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Plate and prepare food items.
