On-Call Laundry Attendant - Hugo Laundry

| On-Call | Pay: $13.50 Hourly | Schedule: Varies (Based On Business Needs) |

Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the laundry attendant, you will maintain a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel. You will report to the Laundry Facilities Manager or Director.

Primary Tasks:

• You will sort soiled laundry.+ Wash, dry, and fold laundry.+ Operate commercial laundry equipment including Chicago Iron, CBW and Towel Folder.
• You will separate torn, stained and unusable laundry for inspection.+ Clean equipment such as removing detergent build-up in washers and cleaning lint traps in dryers.+ Monitor equipment and report any safety, noise, or breakage issues.+ Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Work with different cleaning agents, tools, and equipment
• Complete training on bloodborne pathogens and perform required bloodborne pathogens procedures
• Work flexible hours including weekends
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads, and stand for long periods of time
