Job Summary

A On Call Ilios Barback is responsible for preparing and servicing permanent and portable bars throughout the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a On Call Ilios Barback, you would be responsible for preparing and servicing permanent and portable bars throughout the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Retrieve orders from storeroom, visually check stock and reconcile with written requisitions to ensure order accuracy and re-check stock upon delivery

  • Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing and peeling perishable garnishes and fruits, mixing and pouring juices and storing back-up supplies in prescribed containers

  • Check with and assist the bartender to stock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce

  • Transport taps and replace and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs

  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas in accordance with federal, state, local and company codes

What You'll Be Doing: Patient Care and Provider Support and Coordination * Serve as direct patient and provider contact for pharmacy benefit information, clinical determinations and program information * Coordinate and triage all pharmacy inquiries received into our provider service and member service units (phone, fax, letter, electronic media) * Function as liaison and subject matter expert related to client PBM systems and processes most specifically related to drug utilization management, drug prior authorization and pharmacy claim adjudication * Support and process patient submitted Direct Member Reimbursement (DMR) claims. Support the appeal and grievance process related to pharmacy clinical determinations * Maintain the confidentiality of protected patient medical information at all times Care Management Collaboration * Provide assistance to Care Management programs including collection of medication history data, drug information research, pharmacy care plan initiation and clinical guideline management under the guidance and direction of a clinical pharmacist * Support the scheduling and delivery of pharmacist-led medication consultations and follow-up of patients with complex medical conditions * Support Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and pharmacy outreach programs (e.g., refill reminders) through telephonic patient outreach, communication with physician offices and documentation processes * Assist in development and execution of pharmacy-specific Care Management strategic and tactical plans including HEDIS measures and CMS Star rating improvement The Experience You Need (Required): * Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, including exceptional listening skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn work-related software applications Finishing Touches (Preferred): * Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) * 2+ years of practice experience in health plan, PBM, pharmacy or health care practice * Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or medical assistant (MA) a plus * Ability to connect with people * Bilingual a plus Evolent Health is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
