Job Description

To be of service in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner. To prepare beverages for guests and servers following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost efficient manner. To ensure compliance with all liquor laws in the preparation, serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the restaurant.

What you will be doing: Other duties may be assigned.

• Exceed guest expectations

• Prepare beverages following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation

• Interact with guests in ways that makes them feel special

• Comply with liquor laws

• Maintain accountability, both personal and financial

• Control bar costs

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar

• Control cost and waste in the work area

• Close out paper work

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Successful completion of bar tending position training position

• Previous bartender experience require

• Available to work weekends require

Hourly rate of $19.00
