Part-Time On-Air Digital Talent

WWE is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-orientated Part-Time On-Air Digital Talent to work within WWE's ever-growing Advanced Media Group. This position will be part of a small on-air team, serving as the face and voice for WWE Digital and Social from an on-air and in-platform standpoint.


  • Perform as on-air host/talent for various digital and social video elements

  • Act as on-air interviewer covering various WWE-related and non-related subject matters

  • Create content unique for WWE Now brand

  • Create and write original news scripts

  • Research and report on social-related subject matter

  • Cooperate with Producer on developing concepts and content to support and continue WWE storylines, characters and brands

  • Act as self-efficient producer when applicable

  • Utilize social accounts to build personal brand associated with WWE


  • Experience as an on-air talent for television, social or digital

  • Experience as an on-air interviewer

  • Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking

  • Proven track record of conducting oneself in a professional and respectable manner on and off air

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge about current and past WWE TV shows, products, talent and storylines a plus but not mandatory

  • Knowledge and experience with various social platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat

  • Willing and able to travel and work weekends

  • Demo reel required

DWR's internship program includes a mentorship program, career workshops and the chance to interact with and learn from industry leaders from our executive team. DWR's Human Resources team works every day to support the business through strategic initiatives relating to Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Compensation and benefits. Our corporate HR team supports our employees on our corporate, retail and warehouse teams from our Stamford, CT corporate office. DWR's Talent Acquisition Internship provides a broad array of learning opportunities related to talent acquisition, including building a candidate pipeline, strategic recruitment, and employer branding. Our talent acquisition intern will support the talent acquisition team on a summer-long project related to college recruitment strategy and will develop an action plan through researching DWR and target universities. The talent acquisition intern will also work cross-functionally on employer branding initiatives with departments such as creative and marketing.
