We are a fantastic outdoor living construction business seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate from beginning to completion breathtaking pool construction, landscaping, and custom outdoor features for our clients’.

Responsibilities and Abilities:

• Collaborate with Project Manager and teams to facilitate schedules.
• Responsible for Field Operations of assigned active jobs.
• Lead teams across multiple trades.
• Ensure teams are completing scope to company standards.
• Manage the procurement of tools, equipment, and materials necessary for completing projects.
• Follow safety and health regulations.
• Mentor, train and develop team members to foster a productive work environment and encourage professional growth.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Trade School and Apprenticeship Preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License
• 5+ years of experience as a Field Foreman/Manager with Licensed Contractors.
• In depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines, construction procedures and equipment.
• Must have a background in construction.
