BAE Systems is building a team of System Analysts to develop computer systems specifications and requirements that address business requirements and that fit with the system architecture standards being developed for the Intelligence Community. Our team of analysts establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. The team also analyzes, enhances, installs, tests and modifies enterprise-wide operating systems for new and/or existing systems.

Supports O&M Task Lead. Provides release planning to include plans and processes for implementation, testing, deployment, as well as independent verification and validation (IV&V), and acceptance in an operational environment.

Provides release scheduling conveying dates for implementation, test, deployment, IV&V events and operational acceptance. Assists with release, distribution, and installation of software and/or hardware for legacy systems. Collaborates with Configuration Manager to develop processes and provide plans for establishing and maintaining configuration and quality control of Agency and/or COCOM software, middleware, and hardware.

Works closely with Configuration Manager and matrixed Training and Development Specialists to develop training plans, curricula, materials that support and encourage "self-help" and "self-training", and schedules. Stores released software in a comprehensive software library.

Work Locations for this opportunity are located primarily in Sterling VA and Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. However, other work locations are available in Reston VA, Charlottesville VA, Doral Florida and other CONUS and OCONUS. We're hiring multiple candidates for this position, ranging in skill levels from Junior to Subject Matter Expert.

As a Data Center Construction Program Manager, you will provide management of large-scale data centers, computer farms, networking, AC and DC power distribution/conversion, and cooling methods at multiple scales. You will be tasked with juggling and coordinating the desires and needs of multiple partner teams, while managing changes and maintaining a focus on keeping the project on schedule and budget. You will be able to conceptualize and describe the delivery of a data center facility from start to commissioning and understand the nuances and risks that you and your team will need to manage. Minimum qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience * 8 years of work experience managing multi-group/disciplinary projects * Experience constructing technical facilities Preferred qualifications: * Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or related technical field * 4 years of work experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems. * Experience managing vendor relationships * Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals * Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical system * Knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including fast track design build processes and associated documents and contracts * Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion * Support special research and development experiments, renovations and upgrades of existing facility * Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer's needs * Maintain responsibility from construction to deployment * Resolve critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines and costs Google Inc.
