Commercial Banking Middle Market Region Manager
Commercial Banking provides clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion with comprehensive financial solutions, including lending and treasury services. Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) is a Commercial Banking business located in 101 offices across the US and Canada. MMBSI provides credit, cash management, capital markets and corporate finance advisory solutions to corporations, municipalities and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues of $20 million to $500 million via our local delivery model.
As a Region Manager in Middle Market Banking, you will focus on Middle Market commercial banking relationships. Core Banking teams generally focus on clients with annual revenues of $20 million to $500 million. Our local delivery model, coupled with the firm's global resources, allows us to provide clients with customized, comprehensive solutions and exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include hiring and directing team members in their business development efforts to attract and expand banking relationships with Middle Market companies. A typical team includes four to six bankers, an underwriting staff, a sales/marketing assistant, treasury sales officer and client service professionals. As a Region Manager you will direct multiple teams within the selected geography.
Typically at least fifteen (15) years in account relationship management with demonstrated, high-level of success in establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
Strong Knowledge of the Oklahoma market place
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Strong management skills - must have previous management experience in a Commercial Banking setting
Communication skills are critical
Business development skills are essential
Formal Credit Training
Must have demonstrated experience in cross-selling products and an ability and track record to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals
FINRA securities licenses 79, 63 and 24 may be required for the role. Specifics will be discussed at the time of offer
