Minimum Age:


BA/BS Degree in Business or Information Management OR Minimum of 5 year(s) of
experience in Administrative and/or Data Management Previously completed
training in Information Manaagement, technical writing or proofreading

Supports the Oil Spill & Response program by providing quality control review
and finalizes documents for consistency and accuracy with the development and
maintenance of digitalized documents to support inspections and transmittal
actions undertaken by the program, tracks status of inspections and progress
toward reaching annual commitments, documenting accomplishments and assisting

Develops, maintains and tracks records associated with the implementation of
the Oil Program. Position requires an attention to detail. Provides quality
control of inspection records for consistency and accuracy and maintains
spreadsheets tracking projections and accomplishments for Branch measures.
Reconciles Regional records with the EPA Oil Database records to assure correct
reporting. Position interacts with other Regional program staff to help build a
successful program, including coordinating on the Region IPad Project and LEAN
Process Improvement projects. 70%
Under the supervision and guidance of staff: independently develop and
implement data management processes capable of maintaining an accurate record.
Maintain records for inspection tracking, individual facility digital files,
facility log to ensure consistent naming conventions of files and history of
file processing and emails; assure completed inspections and approval letters
are uploaded into the national database website or other website as instructed.
This position will be required to conduct a variety of Branch administrative
functions as necessary. Under the supervision and guidance of staff: coordinate
annual SPCC/FRP Training Workshop, including maintenance of registration
information; send documents to participants, maintain attendance list, create
mailing lists, and confirm attendees as well as remote particiapants. Utilize
software programs such as Adobe Connect for participant access. Coordinate with
the Presenter and IT Support so presentations successfully operate in Adobe
Connect. This position requires strong analytical/organizational skills,
knowledge of database/spreadsheets/data storage, including Access and mergeable
files, and an attention to detail to provide great accuracy and precision. This
position will be required to work with national databases, such as the
Integrated Compliance Information System (ICIS) and the National Oil database.

This hourly position reports to and works for the Loss Prevention Manager to ensure the inventory integrity of all merchandise that is removed and received through the warehouse Delivery and Customer Pick-Up.
