  • Supporting the Managed File Transfer Application primarily and Middleware/OIC during EST hrs.

  • Attending Adhoc calls and meetings to resolve the Client issues.

  • Handling compliance items like Periodic review,user access Review and CAPA,Deviations.

  • Experience in working with Global scape Vendor while sorting out issues for MFT platform.

  • Working on Oracle SRs in maintenance of OIC platform.

  • Extending support by working on tickets like Incidents, Service requests and Problem tickets.

  • Supporting testing efforts driven by Dev teams.

  • Handling deployments and Change Requests.

  • Knowledge in Certificate Renewals.

  • As part of operations team, being available as primary poc for any platform/Application related problems or issues.

  • Adhering to GXP standards, facilitating the process-oriented solution within deadlines.

  • Giving Quality resolutions for in mail queries or error in mail notifications.

  • Addressing the post upgrade or post patching Application setbacks.

  • Working on Root cause Analysis and Evaluation of Impact Assessment.

  • Handling communication between multiple teams while working on ongoing errors/issues.
