Supporting the Managed File Transfer Application primarily and Middleware/OIC during EST hrs.
Attending Adhoc calls and meetings to resolve the Client issues.
Handling compliance items like Periodic review,user access Review and CAPA,Deviations.
Experience in working with Global scape Vendor while sorting out issues for MFT platform.
Working on Oracle SRs in maintenance of OIC platform.
Extending support by working on tickets like Incidents, Service requests and Problem tickets.
Supporting testing efforts driven by Dev teams.
Handling deployments and Change Requests.
Knowledge in Certificate Renewals.
As part of operations team, being available as primary poc for any platform/Application related problems or issues.
Adhering to GXP standards, facilitating the process-oriented solution within deadlines.
Giving Quality resolutions for in mail queries or error in mail notifications.
Addressing the post upgrade or post patching Application setbacks.
Working on Root cause Analysis and Evaluation of Impact Assessment.
Handling communication between multiple teams while working on ongoing errors/issues.
