The OH-58D Maintenance Examiner Pilot shall have the skills required to effectively lead and manage a small team, under austere conditions, with minimal direct supervision.

Job Requirements

  • Previously qualified as an OH-58D Maintenance Examiner Pilot.

  • Qualified as an OH-58D pilot with no less than 1500 total pilot flight hours, 100 NVG hours, and 250 OH-58D Maintenance Examiner pilot hours.

  • Must have previous experience in preparing, executing, supervising, and evaluating Helicopter training programs, including scenario development, orders preparation, and training activities scheduling.

  • Must have experience in implementation, oversight, and instruction in progressive phase maintenance.

  • Previous experience as a Battalion level Aviation Maintenance Officer.

In the role of Reliability Engineer, you will focus on increasing equipment reliability by improving Mean Time between Failures (MTBF) of industrial equipment, reducing equipment downtime & manufacturing costs, integrate & develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, & be involved in long term planning Essential Responsibilities:As the Reliability Engineer, you will: * Specify appropriate Preventive Maintenance (PM's) / Predictive Maintenance (PdM's) based on Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) * Provide Maintenance Functional input to new Process Equipment Purchase Specifications to ensure adequacy * Provide Maintenance Functional input to new process equipment related systems Design Reviews * Participate Pre-Start-Up-Safety-Reviews to ensure safe commissioning and system start-up * Participate in specifying on-site maintenance and repair capability and tooling requirements * Perform process equipment reliability analysis and recommends improvements based on Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) findings * Establish critical equipment spares * Conduct RCFA on failed equipment / components and improves life expectancy using RCFA * findings * Recommend equipment reliability improvements by doing analysis of equipment trends, historical, and field data * Own the assigned systems Mechanical Integrity (MI) and Quality Assurance (QA) portion of Process Safety Management (PSM) program on site * Provide technical support (QA / QC, installation and start-up) for all new equipment installations * Plant Champion to promote Reliability Principles, Precision Maintenance, and Condition Monitoring of assigned process systems . Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's Degree Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in reliability improvements ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT : This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
