You'll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC's regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk. Our Risk and Quality team identifies and assists internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks. As part of the team, you'll provide advice to business teams within PwC on sound contract provisions, standards and approaches in accordance with PwC policies, principles and standards.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Understanding PwC risk management policies including Deals Services and Network Risk Management Policies;

  • Understanding of enabling systems (A&C, CES, Salesforce, etc.), engagement lifecycle processes and protocols;

  • Assisting with the firm's Quality Control Reviews such as the Engagement Compliance Reviews for Transaction Services/Deals;

  • Working with the broader One Firm Risk Organization (OFRO) on risk management consultations; and,

  • Participating in OFRO risk and quality initiatives.

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities with success managing the identification and addressing of client needs within a professional services consulting firm, including the following areas:

  • Identifying and elevating issues early, while proposing solutions and communicating them effectively to team members and the client;

  • Working collaboratively with engagement teams and support functions such as Independence and OGC;

  • Working effectively as part of a diverse delivery team;
