We are looking for talented and highly motivated Sr Technical Recruiter to Work from Home in India (only offshore). You can be located anywhere in India.

You will work during night shift in India (8:30 am to 5pm US Central Time).

We are a US based Staffing company with corporate office in Chicago, IL. We are focused on fast paced MSP/VMS based high volume recruiting for our direct customers.

You are requested to apply only if you satisfy following conditions:

Candidates who can work without supervision in a home setting without any distractions (a private secluded area in home)
Candidate must have his/her own computer in a proper working condition with high speed Internet connection for making US calls and sending/receiving emails.
Job Duties: You will work on our Staffing needs for job positions across the US. You will either source candidates directly from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.) or source candidates from Sub-Vendors.

Your essential job duties will include:

Determines applicant requirements by studying job duties and job requirements
Develops Boolean search strings with tight parameters to ensure the right fit the first time
Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, and phone calls.
Coordinate all communications with sub-vendors as needed for candidate sourcing. This includes activities such as job postings distribution to sub-vendors; building and managing a high quality sub-vendors; and developing trustworthy relationships with sub-vendors.
Contact and qualify candidates by email and phone
Format resumes for submission
Coordinate candidate phone and onsite interviews
Stay in touch with candidates through the hiring process and facilitate candidate closing.

Demonstrated mastery of their area in order to develop and recommend credit/ stress testing models. Impact on the Business * Develop model design for stress testing regulatory models by analyzing of data and academic research. Implement and develop loss forecasting models using both traditional and other advanced predictive technologies. May use segmentation and optimization tools in the regulatory model development. * Develop balance and loss calculation forecasting tools per LoB and regulatory requirements. Backtest individual models, GCO and balance and benchmarking and all results. * Design and implement benchmarking and monitoring solutions for stress testing frameworks that will meet internal stakeholders and regulatory expectations * Facilitate review of model development results with Stress testing group including details of variable selection, alternate models benchmarking for model selection. Perform any adhoc analysis required to support model results or scenario forecasts * Prepare model documentation as per framework and expectations set in HNAH model development standards. * Prepare material for Model review and support of review functions by providing responses to their questions and remediating findings. * Provide active support for regulatory review and other requests * Provide support for Governance – Retail Model Oversight Committees; Working Groups, Line of Business review; CCAR Teams; Technical Expert Panel; CRO Review * Design and write mainframe and PC technical programs for statistical analysis of portfolio for stress testing model development and provide guidance to offshore resources to implement the model development process * Review, reengineer and implement risk technology platforms to improve capacity, efficiency and functionality. * Support acquisition and vendor models and infrastructure/applications required for vendor services access. Support review of vendor models and data provided by vendors Leadership & Teamwork * Supervise, train and review the work of Credit Risk Analysts within projects managed. * Lead and develop an effective team through communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices. * Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and functions to agree on approaches and solutions * Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand. Operational Effectiveness & Control * Participate in the development and implementation of strategic model development plans to enhance business growth. * Confer with in-house systems specialists and financial analysts to improve computer systems as they relate to loss forecasting and related regulatory analytics. * Implement appropriate controls to ensure that the team is in compliance with EUC policy. * To implement the Group compliance policy locally by containing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators Major Challenges * Level of complexity and sophistication of required modeling techniques with a continuous drive for improvement * Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time within stringent deadlines for regulatory stress testing modeling with minimum supervision. * The position needs to follow company policies and any deviation from policy must be escalated to their manager for notification and approval Role Context * This position may act as a first level manager or as the most senior level individual contributor/ subject matter expert.- * This position may also work with other support teams such as Vendor Management and/or Technology Services. Management experience as well as knowledge and understanding of Retail financial services preferred. * Proficiency in understanding and developing data infrastructure used for stress testing programs for large US banks or financial services institutions * Two years of experience in development of stress testing models for PD, LGD, Prepayment used in CCAR, DFAST, PRA or EBA stress testing exercises. * Experience in regulatory stress testing submissions and interaction with US/ UK regulators for CCAR, PRA and EBA review * Strong programming in SAS for developing statistical model development programs * Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, related field or equivalent experience; Master's Degree preferred. * Well-developed organizational, analytical, problem-solving, project management and verbal and written communication skills.
