Promotes a positive attitude and proper customer relations by extending courteous service to all patrons and employees. Observes and obeys all street, lot and garage traffic regulations. Drives company vehicles in designated routes only. Directs vehicular traffic in self parking garage, employee parking areas, surface parking lots and throughout the property. Ensures safety and security of vehicles in lots and garages by reporting all suspicious behavior to a Security Supervisor whether these acts were from an employee or a patron. Always keeps alert for unauthorized attempts to remove vehicles. Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times. Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company. Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel areas of the complex. Responds to incidents, accidents and calls for assistance. Must provide emergency medical care to the highest degree necessary within allowable limits for the certification held.
Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and company/departmental policies and procedures.
Assists to control the traffic flow throughout the facility.
Must be able to give accurate and detailed directions to a patron's destination.
Must be able to answer questions regarding hotel services, shows, facilities and directions.
Reports all complaints to a Security Supervisor immediately.
Patrols the hotel and casino areas to establish a security presence and reports all unusual situations and/or suspicious persons.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of one (1) year of guest service experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
