Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Office/Customer Service Associate to join our team At Chef's Delights Catering we offer a great working environment as we are a family-owned business. We are constantly innovating and growing so we are excited to add an addition to our office staff.
You will be responsible for helping customers and office duties as needed. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries by taking orders and explaining our available services/menu Perform daily office clerical duties Document and update customer accounts based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving menus and services Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Enthusiastic, Positive, and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual in Spanish preferred) Time management is a must Computer savvy (i.e.
Excel, Quickbooks, Adobe, etc.) One-on-one training to be provided upon employment. Lunch will be included Monday through Friday.
