Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Office Technician (Typing) in the Case Management Division, performs a wide range of the most difficult clerical functions in support of the division. The Case Management Division is responsible for the administration of the tax appeals program overseen by the Office of Tax Appeals. In this role, the incumbent provides document management and support services, mail distribution, and various administrative services tasks for division staff.

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is a narrative discussion addressing the questions listed below. The SOQ must be typed, single spaced, 12-point font, and no more than 2 pages in length. Experience with MS Word, Excel, Adobe software programs.
Experience utilizing Salesforce.
Perform difficult clerical work including the ability to process a large variety of documents.
