DSH-Napa Mall Services Department has a vacancy for a permanent full-time Office Technician (Typing). Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task, be energetic, timely and organized. Office Technicians (OT) at Mall Services perform a variety of general and specialized functions and should have initiative in performing assigned duties.
The OT needs to feel comfortable interacting with the patients and staff at the $-Complex Treatment site. Duties include phone,copier/scanner/fax/printer usage, record keeping and filing, mail distribution. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and computer competencies including Word and Excel programs (familiarization with WaRMSS & MAPP is a plus).

Special Requirements
A typing certification is required for Office Technician (Typing) position.
Please provide a typing certificate issued within the last four years that certifies your ability to type at a speed of 40 WPM. DSH-Napa will honor typing certificates certified from a five (5) minute typing test that meets the CalHR requirements, with a minimum of 40 WPM (words per minute). The California Department of Human Resources has approved certificates from the following entities:
Any State Agency/Department (the Agency/Department that you are applying to may also give you a typing test) The Employment Development Department's (EDD) One-Stop Career Centers may offer free typing tests.
