Dillard's Corporate has an immediate opening for an Hourly full-time Office Support Specialist for our Maintenance department, this is an entry level position. Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, dependable, upbeat, and detail oriented.

The primary responsibilities of an Office Support Specialist are to facilitate the processing and payment of invoices, manage payment records, and build reports as needed for the maintenance team. Which includes but is not limited to providing administrative and clerical support to the organization.Microsoft Office proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn other software platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to deliver tangible results.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Self-driven project management skills, and the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead concurrent projects and initiatives.

VIEW JOBS 10/27/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-01-25T00:00 Summary The Shopper Marketing Account Manager plays a key role in managing and supporting Retailer and CPG funded Shopper Marketing initiatives with Vestcom accounts utilizing our proprietary media solutions. Client and/or Territory assignment and scope will vary based on the account opportunities and candidate background. This role is a key connection point among Vestcom Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance Departments for assigned accounts by providing a successful transition from the sales process through event execution. This role supports the primary sales team and requires the ability to meet and strategize with clients, as well as maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role oversees and supports the event execution process and coordination of campaigns, as well as identifies and enables continued process improvement and foster adoption of key Vestcom tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following: This role will independently own and manage all assigned duties with support from assigned Shopper Marketing Sales Support Specialist(s) or Coordinator(s). Primary working relationships will exist with all necessary customer contacts. Will report into the Commercial Sales organization and will be responsible for providing input into and executing the strategic account plan developed by the Commercial Sales management team. Will also work closely with Vestcom's other media solutions teams, Client Experience, IT, creative, product delivery, and other teams across all Vestcom solutions and customer deliverables. Program Management: * Remote or on-site owner and expert for the internal contacts and campaign process for events and programs. Develop and maintain working relationships with both client and Vestcom internal event execution stakeholders. Maintain professional written and verbal communication both internally and externally * Maintain regular communication across media solutions group. This includes but is not limited to the Sales team & Sales leadership for account-specific items, as well as Delivery Leadership & peer Account Managers for execution and process improvement * Lead and participate in tactical event execution process with the support of the Shopper Marketing Account Specialist or Coordinator. Steps include but not limited to: * Client production schedules & Program timing and deadlines - drive communication & process to ensure deadlines are met, including Artwork requirements and process, UPC/GTIN code list requirements and process, Vestcom Event Management Portal use & entry, Proactive and reactive status on event execution status when queried by retailer or CPG clients, Post-event activities, etc. * Provide program summary reports, identify successes and trouble-spots, document current business processes, and identify improvement opportunities for coordination with Delivery leadership. Understand key retailer and CPG needs/pain points and proactively address them. * Coordinate issue investigation and resolution with all applicable Vestcom stakeholders as needed. Resolve campaign issues such as Non-compliance at shelf including production summary, interpretation of data, and Root Cause Analysis discussions with the client. * Train Shopper Marketing Client Support Specialist(s) and/or Coordinator(s) on key retailer contacts and processes as needed Business Planning: * Partner with Shopper Marketing Group Sales and Shopper Marketing Director(s) to customize proposals for both retail and CPG clients * Support Shopper Marketing Group Sales and Shopper Marketing Director(s) on new business initiatives as requested * Take lead on meeting follow-up (written), issue reports and next steps, create timelines and task lists as needed * Actively seek other sales opportunities across the retailer departments and advise Shopper Marketing team of any relevant organizational changes/announcements * Other duties as assigned by management. * Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. * Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug-free workplace is required. * Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures. Education and/or Experience * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; five+ years related business experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Previous printing industry experience preferred. * Travel will be required as needed to support the client * Ability to show proficiency in the following computer applications: MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. * Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to lead conference calls. * Must possess a high service level orientation, outstanding attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. * Must be well-organized and able to perform duties with minimal supervision as this position requires working from a home-based office. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. However, when in manufacturing facilities, the noise level is usually loud. To ensure the associate's safety, when working in the plant environment, safety glasses and any other applicable safety equipment are required.
