The Front Desk Office Support Lead will play an intricate part in managing the day to day office operations of 600+ employees. One would be extremely self-motivated and have the ability to maintain excellent organization within the office environment. The Office Support Lead must be able to simultaneously manage office issues, working with vendors, and creating a pleasant environment for our visitors and associates while adhering to R1's mission and values
Answering the main phone calls and directing to the appropriate person.
Serving as go-to expert for all office inquiries and issues.
Welcoming guests & signing them in to the office.
Tracking and ordering all beverage, kitchen, and office supplies from designated vendors.
Managing and tracking all office expenditures and recommending cost saving opportunities.
Liaison with building management, maintenance, security, and engineering teams.
Accepting and routing mail, packages, and other deliveries.
Managing conference room calendars.
Organizing supply rooms, kitchens, and closets.
Overseeing seating space chart, desk keys, building badges, cubicle name plates, desk keys, etc.
Oversee general office shipments, mailing, and printing.
Placing catering orders for meetings.
Performing other duties and projects as assigned
High School Diploma or GED
Functional computer knowledge, including Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office products.
Outstanding time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks while remaining self-directed.
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and assignments
