The Office Supervisor is responsible for leading the office staff to provide excellent service to customers and to ensure Copart processes are followed under the general supervision of the General Manager and/or Assistant General/Yard Manager.

  • Complete Daily/Weekly/Monthly Audits

  • Plan, allocate and prioritize workload to meet operating requirements

  • Establish monitor and ensure adherence to quality and quantity standards

  • Handle Employee/Customer Service Issues

  • Recommend organizational adjustments to efficiently and effectively accomplish assigned objectives

  • Maintain office supply inventory and purchase supplies

  • Maintain clean office environment

  • Enforce company policy and procedure

  • Train staff

  • Ability to complete all job tasks for positions supervised

  • Making daily bank deposits

  • Cash handling

  • Travel as needed

  • Maintain confidential information/documentation

  • Respond to alarm calls as needed

  • 1 plus years of supervisory or equivalent experience

  • Education: HS degree, some college or more preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Type at least 45+ words per minute

  • Basic 10 key proficiency

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal

  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to delegate/prioritize work flow

  • Ability to direct and train others effectively as a team member

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • Ability to read/write in English fluently and effectively

  • Ability to coach, mentor, train staff

  • Ability to differentiate color

  • Ability to respond to alarm calls as needed

  • Valid driver's license

  • Occasional overtime as needed

VIEW JOBS 12/20/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-20T00:00 The Title Procurement Senior Manager is responsible for the overall planning, vision and leadership of the department. In addition, Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Title Procurement locations (currently in Eldridge, IA, Lexington, KY and a third site in Columbus, OH) and will provide leadership, support and direction for those onsite managers. The position will work to identify areas of opportunity and efficiency and work closely with IT, Sales and other departments. This position will also work closely with and have constant interaction with customers. There is continuous growth in this department and this role will be involved in growing the business units and identifying and building new locations. * This position is subject to frequent travel across locations and visiting customers. * This position is to be based in one of the three sites listed above. Essential Duties: * Developing and leading the leadership team * Build relationships with sellers to manage customer satisfaction. * Identify and develop best practices and efficiencies * P&L responsibility- review both revenue and costs on a monthly basis for accuracy and opportunities. * Track and meet company metrics and goals. * Identify and develop new site locations * Developing and business continuity and catastrophe preparedness plan * Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: * Detailed knowledge of the insurance industry * Experience managing a staff of fifty or more people and multiple managers. * Travel up to 70% * High level of demonstrated customer relations skills and success. * Working knowledge of vehicle title processing and state requirements * Minimum of three years' experience as a manager in an operations environment. * Proven track record of seamless operational functionality and achievement of corporate goals. * Ability to solve complex problems and issues. * Strong analytical skills to interpret and forecast financial budgets. * Develop and implement plans for continuous process improvement. * Strong leadership experience and skills. * Development of Human Growth within organization. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Great customer relations skills and experience. * Four-year college degree preferred. * Proficient in all areas of Microsoft office. While deployed on a CAT, this position must be able to meet the following requirements listed below: Physical Requirements * Ability to climb stairs and maintain balance. * Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. * Ability to continuously stand and walk for periods of time. * Ability to push, pull, reach, handle and grasp objects of various weights and sizes. * Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound. * Must be able to convey details or important spoken instructions to workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. * Must be able to complete repetitive motions frequently and continuously. * Lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and/or 20 pounds constantly. Work Environment * Travel up to 70% of the year. Must be able to travel on short notice. * Noise level in work environment is frequently loud. * Frequently work 8+ hours a day with breaks. * Must be able to work in a high pressure, high-paced environment and manage high levels of stress frequently. * Must be able to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
