Office Supervisor, RESP HEALTH-RDGWD

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Practice including coordinating BA and MA work processes, supervising and scheduling of staff, evaluating performance, and participating in the employment process. In addition, performs a variety of technical and clerical functions in relation to patient care.

EDUCATION:

Associate's degree in Business Administration or health related field, or combination of formal course work and job related experience. Bachelors preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Two years previous supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with various software programs including:

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point. Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) a plus.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint or graphics software required. Excellent organizational skills required.

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and in writing). Ability to effectively interact with customers to meet their needs. Ability to work independently. Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.

Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to customer's needs. Ability to recognize and deal with problematic situations and to prioritize.
