Baptist Primary Care is looking for an experienced Office Specialist II for the Baptist Primary Care office located in Ponte Vedra! This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

The Office Specialist II will be responsible for patient check in and check out and will report to the Baptist Primary Care office located in north Ponte Vedra. This large, well-established office is conveniently located on A1A near J Turner Butler Blvd.

Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist II may include:

• Patient registration

• Scheduling appointments

• Scanning documents

• Posting charges and payments

• Verifying insurance

• Collecting copays

• Phone triage

• Assisting patients as needed
