The Office Services Clerk provides backup administrative support for Corporate Entities.
Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Handle all incoming packages and distribute to all appropriate departments.
Independently assess potential problems or issues that require immediate attention.
Assist in completing and handling proper distribution of company paperwork for management.
Coordinate tasks assigned from direct supervisor.
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/services procedures/standards
Direct guests with problems and/or complaints to the appropriate individual.
Effectively communicate with management, executives in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and/or other employees.
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Stock and maintain pantries along with any necessary machine maintenance.
Keep inventory of all pantry supplies and place orders as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of specified correspondence, reports and files.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
Track deliveries using a trackpad system.
Create mailing labels using UPS Campusship Online System.
Use postage machine to place appropriate postage for outgoing mail.
Other job related duties as requested.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform essential tasks without supervision.
Working knowledge of office equipment including copiers, printers, faxes and telephones.
Proper phone etiquette, people and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Have interpersonal skills to deal with all business contacts.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous experience with Tracking System.
Basic knowledge of Stratton Warren Inventory.
Basic knowledge of Coupa Purchasing system.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
