Office /Sales Administrative Support - Memphis Office

Seeking a full time Office/Sales Administrator to support the sales department and the daily operations of our Memphis office.


  • Machine Quoting (maintain master quote files)

  • Review customer purchase orders

  • Machine order entry

  • Organize and maintain machine order folders and Internal Order sheets

  • Communicate with Sales Reps on machine orders, delivery details, customer inquiries

  • Send thank you letters for new machine orders

  • Assist sales with marketing activities

  • Process weekly sales report

  • Maintain brochures/literature

  • Maintain office services as required (cleaning crew, maintenance companies)

  • Answer phone

  • Greet guest

  • Order office supplies

Required Qualifications /skills

  • Experience in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce a plus

  • Able to work independently and within a team driven environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • Motivated, self-starter

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work in a fast pace environment

  • Highly energetic, team oriented

  • Great customer service skills and attention to detail
