Responsibilities

This non-exempt, full-time position assists with administrative and clerical duties. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality. Conducts all work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and programs.

Technical: Means/Methods

  • Primary duties processing invoices and ensuring timely payment working with Account Payable Department and project teams.
  • Performs administrative/clerical duties which may include typing, data entry, mailings, filing, copying, answering calls, greeting visitors, recordkeeping, and customer service.
  • Manages calendars, schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and/or conference calls, arranges travel and reservation booking.
  • Behaves as a liaison, between managers and their direct reports, across work teams, between departments, and to external resources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • inventory and maintain office supplies for general office use, as well as, special orders by request from Dept Mgrs

Qualifications

  • Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of administrative experience
  • Must be proficient in Mircrosoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Physical Demands: Regularly requires the ability to sit, use hands/fingers, talk and hear. Occasionally requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch. May occasionally requires the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Requires the following specific types of vision: close, distance, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: May be exposed to the following environmental conditions: moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and vibration. Typical environment is quiet working conditions in an office setting
